Vacation A Way Booking Terms & Condition: Although this Booking Agreement is supplied by Vacation A Way, the terms and conditions of this agreement are made between the Property Owner you have rented and You, the renter. Vacation A Way is merely the conduit between the Owner and the Renter Party Leader. In consideration of the monies received and the mutual promises contained herein, the Owner of the subject property hereby agrees to give a license to use the Property to the undersigned, (herein referred to as Guest), on the property and dates described on the reservation form and in the confirmation e-mail, under the conditions stated herein.

Authority to Sign: The person (Party Leader) who signs the Booking Form certifies that he or she is authorized to agree to Booking Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons included on the Booking Form.The signatory must be the Party Leader and must be 21 years old or over.

Rates: Orlando Vacation Homes rates are per night – not per person. All rates are subject to applicable 13% Resort Tax. In case of human or computer error, Vacation A Way, Inc. reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. Please keep in mind ALL prices are subject to change without notice. Reservation: Non-refundable Reservation Deposit of USD 300.00 is required upon the reservation request.All bookings will be subject to a $ 35.00 processing fee.The USD 335.00 is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The Reservation Deposit will apply toward the total rental cost. To request your reservation, Party Leader must fill out, sign and mail Booking Form to confirm the Vacation Home requested along with the USD 335.00 no refundable Reservation Deposit.All reservations subject to confirmation by receipt of the Booking Form signed by the Party Leader.Any E-mail, Enquiry Form or telephone booking will be held provisional for 4 business days, pending receipt of the Booking Form, Reservation Deposit and processing fees.We highly recommended to buy Travel Insurance by the time you book your vacation home.

Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. If the full payment is not received 4 weeks prior the arrival date, Vacation A Way, Inc reserves the right to cancel the booking. Cancellation charges will apply. Cancellations within 30 days or less of the arrival will forfeit 100% of the rental. Full payment is accepted in U.S. Dollars by Check, Money Order or Bank Wire Transfer only. All checks and Money Orders must be payable to Vacation A Way, Inc .Payments made by wire transfer must include additional $ 30.00 wire transfer fee per transfer. If you are mailing a check, make sure to made it payable to Vacation A Way, Inc and please mail payment to our mailing address: 113 Menlo Park Ave., Davenport, Florida 33897.

Last-Minute Reservation: Booking requests received 30 days or less prior to the arrival, payment must be in the form of US Postal Office Money Order only.Payments made by wire transfer must include additional $ 30.00 wire transfer fee per transfer.

Directions, Check-In and Check-Out Information: One month prior the arrival, once the reservation balance is paid in full, the Party Leader will receive by e-mail our Welcome Letter containing Directions, Check-In and Check-Out Procedures including vacation property address, telephone number and lock-box combination of the vacation home rented.

Check-In Time: Not before 04:00pm. No refunds for late Check-In. EARLY CHECK-IN under request only within 48 hours in advance.If Vacation A Way, Inc is able to accommodate the request, we will be happy to.

Check-Out Time: Not after 10:00am. No refunds for early Check-Out.LATE CHECK-OUT under request only within 48 hours in advance.If Vacation A Way, Inc is able to accommodate the request, we will be happy to. Otherwise if you failure to vacate on time it will result in additional charges or loss of you Security Deposit.

Cancellation Charges: Written notice is required and the cancellation will be effective from the date it is received by Vacation A Way, Inc. Should you cancel after the Reservation Deposit is paid, it non refundable applies. Once the full payment is paid in full, and you arrival is less than 30 days, then 100% of the cost is forfeit. If you cancel, and you must recover the loss from your travel insurance if possible. WE HIGHLY ADVISE ALL GUESTS TO ENSURE CANCELLATION COVERED IS PROVIDED FOR WITHIN THEIR TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY. If you purchase CSA Travel Insurance through Vacation A Way, YOU MUST DO SO before your balance has been paid in full or at the time of your reservation if your arrival date requires full payment.

Changing Dates and Vacation Homes: Please understand once you have selected a Orlando Vacation Home and booked it we will be unable to change the villa you have booked because we have effectively taken it OFF THE MARKET from promoting it for those dates. We will consider changing dated for the same villa within 1 month of you original arrival date, IF the villa is available. Additional fee may apply.

ALL OUR VACATION HOMES are NO SMOKING! The Security Deposit will be forfeit.

NO PETS ALLOWED in or at any of our properties. You will be requested to vacate the property without any refund if pets are brought. The Security Deposit will be forfeit.

Security Deposit: A refundable Security Deposit of USD $300.00 for 2, 3, 4 and 5 Bedroom or $500.00 for 6 and 7 Bedroom pool homes is required along with the final payment. The Security Deposit will be returned to the party leader within 30 days of the departure date. Upon departure, party must leave property and contents in the same condition it was upon the arrival. If charges apply, party leader will a report by e-mail and the Security Deposit will be return less any charges due any excess house cleaning, laundry and garbage bagging and removal in excess will be charged an extra fee and deducted from the Security Deposit. It may also be retained should the key to the property not be safely returned. In the unlikely event of repair or replacement cost over the Security Deposit, the Party Leader is responsible and agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of the party during the occupation of the property and confirms that the full cost of repair or replacement will be paid in full. Please, make sure to inform the Property Management about any damages as soon as possible. The Owner or manager has the right to request a higher Security Deposit up to $ 1,000.00, o refuse a reservation request, if they feel the ages or makeup of the group poses a higher risk of property damage. Please be aware our vacation homes are inventoried for contents, including towels, linens, kitchen utensils and flatware, CDs. DVDs and video games and systems, hair dryers etc. Missing items can cost you.

BBQ GRILL: Failure to clean the BBQ after you use it or leave dirty dishes, pots, utensils in the sink or inside dishwasher without starting it with automatic dish soap will result in a $ 65.00 charge against your Security Deposit. We do not require from our guests to do much before their departure but common courtesy dictates that guests leave the home in tip top conditions.

Telephone Calls: Local calls are FREE. Long distance call, collect calls are BLOCKED. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT to by pass any of the blocks. Remember to purchase a Calling Card for Long Distance and/or International phone calls. If any charges appears on the vacation home monthly bill coincides with your stay, e reserve the right to seek payment for these services.

Maximum Occupancy Including Adults, Children, Infants: Everyone occupying the property must be listed on the Booking Form, this includes small children and any infant and only the persons shown on the Booking Form are permitted to stay in the property. This is Florida State Law and must be adhered to. Overcrowding or misrepresentation is cause for immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid, including Security Deposit. Sub-letting is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. The owners reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not met. Make sure to check individual vacation home listing to see the maximum occupancy. Exceeding maximum occupancy will forfeit your Security Deposit . The Property Manager has the right to request a head count of your group at any time during your stay to check the total number of your group. Please do not try to exceed the maximum occupancy. Day visitors create additional wear and tear on the villa and as a result you may be required to pay higher Security Deposit if you have large number of visitors. If you intend to have day visitors, make sure to supply to our office a list of day visitors, their ages and any additional information we can use to asses your group size.

  • 3 Bedroom: 6 + 2 guests maximum occupancy
  • 4 Bedroom: 8 + 2 guests maximum occupancy
  • 5 Bedroom: 10 + 2 guests maximum occupancy
  • 6 Bedroom: 12 guests + 2 maximum occupancy
  • 7 Bedroom: 14 + 2 guests maximum occupancy

Final Confirmation: Once your final payment is received, Vacation A Way will provide you with a “Welcome Letter” containing contact information, property address, telephone and lock box combination to get to the key, driving directions, check-in and check-out procedures for the property you booked.

Pool Heat (once requested and paid is NON-REFUNDABLE). Our pools are heated with electric pump, a pool blanket. We ca not guarantee the temperature of any pool heat as this will vary according the several factors – the main one being prevailing weather conditions. KEEP IN MIND: these are residential pool heaters and the pool temperatures will only reach 10 degrees above the average outside temperature. During winter months the ability to maintain the pool at a certain temperature is not guaranteed, even with the pool heat ON.If the outside temperature drops below 62 degrees or there is a change in the daytime to night time temperature of 20 degrees or more, the pool heat might not work its full capacity.If Pool Heat is requested upon arrival, a $ 65.00 service fee will apply to turn ON/OFF the pool heat + the nightly rate. Upon your arrival, requests must be made 48 hours in advance and payment accept by CASH only.Pool Heat is recommended from October to May.

Housekeeping Rules: All Vacation Homes are cleaned prior guest’s arrival and upon guest’s departure.Housekeeping service is provided upon request.Should you desire housekeeping service during your stay or prior your departure, please contact Vacation A Way, Inc. with at least 48 hours.If an interruption of our housekeeping is caused by a guest checking-out after 10:00am check-out time, an extra night will + taxes be assessed against the Security Deposit. All vacation homes are privately owned and self-catering. Although we provide towels, linens, starter toilet paper and courtesy soaps in each bathroom etc., we do not supply enough of these items for your entire stay. You will have to purchase items such as laundry detergent, regular size soaps, shampoos, garbage bags, etc to meet the needs of the size of your party and the length of your stay. During the occupation of your vacation home, we expect you take all reasonable responsibility for the safety and security of the property. Please be aware that all vacation homes are situated within mixed community of vacation rentals and residential homes.

Parking Restrictions: Due to deed restrictions, parking areas are primarily for automobiles.No parking of Travel Trailers and RV’s of any size, Boats, Jet Skis.This rule is strictly enforced by the Homeowners association of each development.Violators will be towed at their own expense.

Lost Keys/Lockout: Lost keys should be reported to Vacation A Way, Inc.’s office immediately.There will be a $ 100.00 Service Fee if it is necessary for our staff to deliver a key to the property.Any keys not returned upon departure will result in a $ 100.00 charge which will be withheld from the Security Deposit.If required to call a Locksmith services, the Locksmith charges must be paid by Party Leader directly to Locksmith.

Travel Insurance: Highly recommended to buy Travel Insurance by the time you book your vacation home. Ask us how to purchase your Vacation Rental Home Insurance.

Complaints: Upon party’s arrival and during the stay, if any problem with the vacation home, the Party Leader must immediately report to Vacation A Way, Inc.

Use of Web Site: www.VacationHomes-Pools.com: Agreement between the Party Leader and Vacation A Way, Inc.: www.vacationhomes-pools.com is offered to you, the Party Leader, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.Your use of www.vacationhomes-pools.com constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

General Disclaimer: Vacation A Way, Inc. and/or Homeowners will not accept responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal belongings however caused.Vacation A Way, Inc. and/or Homeowners can not accept responsibility for, and shall not be liable in respect of losses, damage or changes caused by events such as strikes, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, industrial disputes, fire, flood, acts of God, technical/weather problems to transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions or any event beyond our control.Vacation A Way, Inc. and/or Homeowners can not accept liability for accidents, injuries, illness, damage or loss of money, jewelry or other valuables cause to any person however sustained during the rental period.Vacation A Way, Inc does not accept liability for removal of the property from the marketplace, or transfer of the property to another company by the Owner that result in the property becoming unavailable for the rental period.Whenever such event occurs, Vacation A Way, Inc will offer the Party Leader a suitable alternative accommodation, subject to availability.If the Party Leader refuses the offered alternate property, the reservation must be cancel by the Party Leader and Vacation A Way, Inc will make all efforts to refund the rental amount, less the applicable cancellation charge. All information, description and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.Changes are periodically made to the information which appears here.The content of this site is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or available and maybe be changed at any time without notice. Force Majeure: Should circumstances beyond Vacation A Way, Inc. and/or Homeowners control and contemplation, in which the property may not be available for the booking, examples of these circumstances include but not limited to destruction of or severe damage of the property, war, hostilities, strikes or other industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, acts of God, terrorist activities, technical problems with transportation, flight delays or cancellation, epidemics, weather conditions, government actions or other circumstances.Such circumstances are referred to as “Force Majeure“.In the event of Force Majeure, we will do our best to make alternative arrangements where possible.Vacation A Way, Inc assumes no liability for Homeowners over bookings resulting in inconvenience and/or substitute accommodations being provided.
