RENTAL RATES 2012 TO DISNEY AREA VACATION HOME:
All rates excluding taxes, pool heat and convenience reservations fees.  Please notice: rates and taxes  are subject to change without notice.

Low Season:  $170.00/night plus taxes
High Season:  $292.00/night plus taxes
Holiday Season (Dec 15-Jan 06): $350.00/night plus taxes (from Saturday to Saturday bookings only)
Optional Pool Heat: $ 210.00 p/week – NON REFUNDABLE
Cleaning Fee: any stays a cleaning fee will be automatically  included in the quoted price

Prices:  Nightly Rates + 13% Taxes
Reservation Deposit: $ 20% of the total amount (non-refundable) required upon reservation
Minimum Nights:  5 nights
Security Deposit:  $ 300.00  paid along with the balance. Refundable within 30 days from departure date
Acidental Damage Waiver (ADW): $ 73.45
Check-In: Not before 04:00 pm
Check-Out: Not after 10:00 am

LOCATION OF THIS KISSIMMEE VACATION RENTAL: Emerald Island Resort, 24 hour gated community is situated just south of Hwy. 192 within 5 minutes of The Animal Kingdom at Disney. This is a resort community offering extensive facilities. The clubhouse at Emerald Island has a beautiful “Dolphin Fountain” entrance, with a very nice community lounge. Emerald Island is ideally located for fantastic vacations on Walt Disney’s doorstep, shops & restaurants just minutes away. Emerald Island offers tennis and volleyball courts, community pool with jacuzzi, Tiki Bar, childrens play area, nature trails for jogging or hiking. It also has a fitness room and sauna.  Lots of shopping nearby including newly built shopping mall,  Super Target,  Publix Supermarket, Walgreens and CVS pharmacies. Great restaurants just a short drive away.  Pick and choose one of the many restaurants to enjoy your evening family dinner!
