The Sunset Villa, 4 Bedroom/3 Bath  Disney area vacation pool home,  is fully furnished and equipped and most of the main rooms, with french doors give you  a relaxing overlooking  of the quiet pool area.

POOL AREA:
Large private pool and  screened pool deck. Plenty of pool furniture under the covered lanai.

RENTAL RATES 2011:
All rates excluding taxes, pool heat and reservation fees.  Please notice: rates and taxes  are subject to change without notice.
Low Season:  $90.00 p/night plus taxes
High Season (Jun 01-Aug 30):  $100.00 p/night plus taxes
Holiday Season (Dec 15-Jan 06): $110.00 p/night plus taxes (from Saturday to Saturday bookings only)
Optional Pool Heat: $ 140.00 p/week
Cleaning Fee: any stays 7 nights or less, a cleaning fee will be automatically  included in the quoted price

Reservation Deposit: $ 335.00 (non-refundable) required upon reservation
