This Superior 4 Bedroom/2 Bath Superior Disney area vacation pool home, Sunset Palms Villa,  is beautifully furnished, fully equipped with ceiling fans in some of the rooms.  Large  TV in the family room overlooking the pool area. Perfect for small families.

POOL AREA:
The south facing large private pool and  screened pool deck. Comfortable pool furniture to enjoy the relaxing sunny days lounging around the pool for the best of your enjoyment in the sunny Florida!

RENTAL RATES 2012:
All rates excluding taxes, pool heat and reservation fees.  Please notice: rates and taxes  are subject to change without notice.

Low Season:  $90.00 p/night plus taxes
High Season (Jun 01-Aug 30):  $95.00 p/night plus taxes
Holiday Season (Dec 15-Jan 06): $105.00 p/night plus taxes (from Saturday to Saturday bookings only)
Optional Pool Heat: $ 140.00 p/week
Cleaning Fee: any stays 7 nights or less, a cleaning fee will be automatically  included in the quoted price
