The south facing large private pool and spa, offers a very special spacious and relaxing covered lanai with Plasma TV overlooking the pool and golf course, extended screened pool deck. Comfortable pool furniture to enjoy the relaxing sunny days lounging around the pool watching the most stunning sunset in Florida!

RENTAL RATES 2011:
All rates excluding taxes, pool heat and reservation fees.  Please notice: rates and taxes  are subject to change without notice.
Low Season:  $145.00/night plus taxes
High Season (Jun 01-Aug 30):  $175.00/night plus taxes
Holiday Season (Dec 15-Jan 06): $210.00/night plus taxes (from Saturday to Saturday bookings only)
Optional Pool Heat: $ 210.00 p/week – NON REFUNDABLE
Cleaning Fee: any stays 7 nights or less, a cleaning fee will be automatically  included in the quoted price
