RENTAL RATES 2012:
All rates excluding taxes, pool heat and reservation fees.  Please notice: rates and taxes  are subject to change without notice.

Low Season:  $130.00 p/night plus taxes
High Season (Jun 01-Aug 30):  $140.00 p/night plus taxes
Holiday Season (Dec 15-Jan 06): $155.00 p/night plus taxes (from Saturday to Saturday bookings only)
Optional Pool Heat: $ 140.00 p/week
Cleaning Fee: any stays 7 nights or less, a cleaning fee will be automatically  included in the quoted price

Prices:  Nightly Rates + 13% Taxes
Reservation Deposit: $ 335.00 (non-refundable) required upon reservation
Minimum Nights:  5 nights
Security Deposit:  $ 300.00  paid along with the balance. Refundable within 30 days from departure date
Check-In: Not before 04:00 pm
Check-Out: Not after 10:00 am
